If you are traveling the Herman Wine Trail this campground is a perfect place to stop. Basic camping sites were $15 which gave a section to park on and access to the showers and toilets. As always the showers and toilets are closest to the people who already have them built in.
This was a pleasant spot and felt safe deposit being in the middle of a city park.
Note that if you are going to one of the big events in Hermann you need to make a reservation.
If you want power, the fee is $25 and full hookup is $35.
