Driving up the Cullasaja River Gorge we stopped at the Dry Falls. Our goal was to check out the falls using the stairs and trail built by the CCC over 80 years ago. What we did not expect was the a collection antique Bentleys to pull in with us into the parking lot.
These well maintained machines looked as good as they first day they hit the road.
After admiring the cars we did make it down the stairs and behind the falls. Despite its name you do not stay dry walking behind them.
