Whenever we roll into a new town, there is good chance we will eventually turn up at a brewery. In Cheyenne we chose the Freedom’s Edge Brewery because it had a trivia night. But Mr Ram misread the posting so we arrived about a half way through the trivia.
Mrs Ram ordered a couple of Breakfast Kings, a coffee Oatmeal Stout, and we signed up for the second half of trivia. Most times we can do ok answering questions. However this trivia was all about local breweries and local beer. Despite that, we managed to get 7 points but still finished dead last.
As we drank we noticed lots of money on the ceiling.
Customers wrap a quarter and a tack around a bill and toss it up.
Mr Ram followed the bartenders instructions and surprisingly stuck it in on the first try.
The money is taken down at Christmas time and donated through the local Bar Bucks program to needy families. Last year they donated $6,200 dollars from the ceiling.
