We had expected to spend the afternoon in Marfa, TX and sleep at the rest area for the Marfa lights. Marfa only took an hour so we found ourselves well on our way to Big Bend National Park. Now where do we stay overnight…
Our phone app Allstay listed a wildlife area that was supposed to be free. We signed in at the building on the entrance road. Mr Ram noted the bin next to the sign in sheet for left wings of birds shot. This seemed like wildlife management in Montana.
We set up in a private site.
The other two groups in the campground had trucks and looked like they had come to fill that bin.
