There was was a mile drive in on an unpaved road which is par for the course in the west. Our campsite #5 had a fire ring that we could not use. We were not too far from the 416 fire and stage 2 fire restrictions would not let us light up.
We did have a short walk down to the Piedro River. Mrs Ram got some fishing in and we enjoyed sitting in the cool water.
Our over night spot turned into a pleasant few days stay.
