Fort Niobrara Refuge
We stopped in at the visitors center and picked up a map for the auto tour.
The most interesting thing on the tour are the prairie dogs. They look like cute little stuff animals. We stopped and took several pictures. As we drove through we realized they were every where. And they dug holes everywhere - including on the road. We quickly realized that these "cute" little guys were really pests that would destroy any lawn. Mrs Ram also noted that they can carry Bubonic Plague. They are are not so cute and cuddly as they first appear.
