Mrs Ram saw him by the showers in the Valentine NE city park. Scruffy, bearded guy, sturdy steel bike and home made panniers made from plastic buckets hanging out in a city park – all the marking of some homeless transient person…of course that made him one of us.
Mrs Ram chatted with him briefly and then we went our separate ways …or so we thought.
