#vanlife .

Is any do it yourself project every really done?  Our house sold so it was done enough and off we went.

The bike rack keeps the bikes from bouncing but they do get dirty.

The tarp as awning may not look the greatest but it was inexpensive and survived a storm that did in other people’s official awnings.

The refrigerator is 12v.  The microwave is 110V and we can only run it when the engine is running.

We prefer not to cook inside but we can if we need to.

The bed is full size with a headboard on each end.  We intended to move the pillows to the side that is higher once we are parked however we almost always park so that the drivers side is the high end.  Underneath the bed there is lots of storage.  Oringially it was not quite enough.  As we have contiued to get rid things it seems like it really enough.

We try to use every spot.  Our trash bin is on the back of the driver chair and our coat rack is the back of passenger chair.

The house battery is under the drivers seat.  Electrical panel lets us monitor the voltage on the house and the van battery.  We can also turn the inverter on and off and check its operation.

When we have the option we can plug in.
