One of the flyers we picked up in Petosky extolled the virtues of the Tunnel of trees Drive along the coast of Lake Michigan.
Since we were headed north anyway it seemed like a good choice. This small windy road did have a tunnel like imagery.
It reminded us of many New England back roads. We were glad we were not in a large RV.
