With cold and rain at our heels we headed south landing in St Petersburg for the New Year. Strolling the streets of downtown in short sleeves was a welcome change.
We had a tasty stout and plump burgers at Hops and Props. One of their daughters had set up a lemonade stand at their burger booth but was more interested in running around and petting one of the dogs near us.
After dinner we walked along the water and had some beautiful views.
We opted for the 8 pm Fireworks which were not very good. But we did enjoy the open air concert and the lights.
