Mrs Ram wanted to see her relatives in New Brunswick, Canada so we headed even further north through Maine, stopping to see an internet friend.
We passed through one of the Blueberry Capitals of the world, which is oddly named Cherryfield.
We became international #vanlife when we crossed the border from Calais, Maine (1) to St Stephen New Brunswick. We left our liquor and bear spray in storage so we would not have any trouble crossing over.
It was pouring rain when we stopped in St Andrews. We put on our raincoats and headed down Water St.
We stopped in at the Sunbury Shores Art Center. The display of Mathiue Leger’s Plausible Spaces looked like what might have happened if we were using paper maps.
Yes those are lots of crumpled up maps.
Clair filled Mrs Ram in on some the metal working and pottery classes they offer.
We enjoyed a tasty chowder by the sea but inside away from the rain.
Tradewinds Imports had a collection of drums that Mr Ram could not pass up. After a half hour of testing Mr Ram bucked our trend of down sizing and bought a bigger drum.
Mrs Ram was keeping our limited storage space in mind and opted for a paperback book from local author Hillary MacLeod.
