Camping at this park is more what I consider RV style. Campsite are lined up next to each with not lots of room or privacy screening. Our site was level enough with our levelers. Most sites have power and water. A couple have full hookups,
The site has crushed gravel under your RV as well as around the concrete picnic table and grille. The fire ring is just off that in the grass. There is hook to hang a lantern or trash on.
Shower and toilet facilities appeared brand new with excellent water pressure and hot water. Note that the lights are on timers. I made the mistake of walking in at night when the lights were on and sitting down in a stall. As I sat there I heard the ticking. Then suddenly the light were out. Fortunately I had my own light so I could see well enough.
The big selling point for us here was the golf course. Just walk down the hill, rent a cart and you are for a round at Brazell’s Creek Golf Course. There is also a small pond and short hiking trail.
Cost was $28 per night.
2019 UPDATE – Most of this campground was under construction in Aril. They are redoing the campground to add sites and convert older sites to have full hookups. Cost is now $32.
