Usually when we are up on a hill we are alone in a forest. Up on the hill from Cottonwood is Jerome. We arrived early and found a parking spot with a view.
They have had earthquakes and some buildings did not fair well.
We found a potter behind that wall that has great cups and glassware at a reasonable price. We will be back to La Victoria Studios when we have a place to put some of his cups.
We stopped by the old asylum which is now a hotel and restaurant. The Reuben was good and the squash soup was spicy. We did not hear any echoes of crazy ghosts. There phone system is definitely from years past.
There were wine tasting rooms here too but we preferred Cottonwood for that.
