I recall someone that was building a house once saying that the bank would not release the next stage of their construction loan until windows had been installed. The contractor installed the windows and the bank released the money. After the money was released, the contractor removed the windows.
We wondered if that might be the reason windows were installed here. Or maybe the exterior of the building was delayed and no one told the window contractor?
