We were up at 5 am to drive to our next campground in Glacier, Rising Sun. We arrived at 6:59 and found ourselves 16th in line.
Like Tower Falls now we wait. We did get a beautiful sunrise while waiting.
The line starts to move and we inch forward. One of the rangers walks past several cars up to us. Oddly we are sent to the front of the line and on to a site!
It turns out one of the loops is reserved for hard sided camping only. So sleeping in our van is a plus. Of course the reason it’s reserved is because bears like to wander through it. On second thought maybe we aren’t so lucky…
