Though we have a direction in mind, we are not certain where exactly we are going until a few days before we arrive. So we were glad when our friends were around and said sure to stop on by.
Little did Mr Ram know his friend had some things around the house he could help with. However I was actually excited to have things to do. Assembling a grill and erecting a screen house were fun.
Is this a sign I might be ready to settle down? When my friend joked the lawn was getting long I knew I was still not ready to stop traveling.
I had been thinking about having a bluetooth speaker to enjoy our music outside and my friend helped make that happen. I have a separate blog post here for that.
We made sure that grille worked, tested out some new recipes and made one of our old favorites, stuffed grape leaves.
We had a great visit, enjoying catching up them as well as drinking wine and beer too.
My friend is looking forward to our next visit – he says there are some things in the carriage house he needs help with…
