Feria del Caballo – At Night

#vanlife .

Mrs Rams love of horses brought us to Jerez de la Fronterra, South of Seville.   We arrived in Jerez in late afternoon  and wandered over to the fairgrounds.

We were both in awe of thr fairgrounds.  The peple, the music and the lights had an magical energy.

There were hundreds of booths run by clubs, churches and businesses each with their own bars and music.  And lots of peple.

All of this and no horses in sight.

it took us a couple of hours to wander through the fairgrounds.  Then we discovered there was also a midway more typical of an American fair with fried foods, games and rides.  And that was huge too.

When our ears had had enough of  the  competing music, we left the grounds and headed for our hotel.  Of course we had stop for a drink and food to ensure we had enough energy for the walk back.
