Just like Yellowstone Glacier campgrounds fill early. Despite this we still plan on jumping between camp sites.
We are planning in camping at Summit Campground at the top of Lewis and Clark Forest. Up early and off to Two medicine Lake Campground should get us a campsite. It has been filling before 9 am on many mornings.
A few days to hike and maybe take the boat across the lake.
Move on to Rising Sun Campground, again an early morning move. From there we can take the free shuttle for the Rising Sun Road as well hike.
Our last jump would be to Many Glacier in the early morning. Take the boat across and hike 7 miles RT to see grinell Glacier.
After that it would be to a well deserved stop in a hotel.
