We needed a place near Spokane to clean up after 5 days without a real shower. The Liberty Lake Campground had that key shower requirement at a reasonable price.
The camphost was friendly and quickly had us in an available site. The young couple next to us had come out from Boston to find an apartment for grad school. When we met them they were packing up because they found an apartment that afternoon.
Our site was a bit more than two car widths wide and sites were separated by a white line painted on the grass. Some of the other campers did not understand what the lines meant as they went through our site a number of times.
In addition the day use hiking trail went down the road our site was on. Hikers often stopped to use the camp restrooms and we’re milling about near our site.
The tent sites along the back of the campground or the RV sites were away from the hiking trail and would probably be a better choice here. For us, one night was enough to get cleaned up and we moved on to Idaho.
