Driving from Ohio to Nebraska made us realize how similar many of these areas are, with rolling hills, flat areas and lots and lots of farm land,
However as we headed north in Nebraska past Broken Bow the landscape shifted frpm farmed land to open fields. Most of it was pasture land as far the eye could see with no farm house in sight. We had entered the Sand Hills.
